Okay, so let's look at Arceus critically. Deoxys-A MIGHT be able to sweep better, but it can't take ONE hit. Unless it has Focus Sash. Sand Rush Excas constantly Sweep it. Ferrothorns Leech it. I could go on forever, but I won't. I'm proud to be the first person who's done an Arceus analysis on PLDH. Time for the analysis itself.
Now, I know that 252 spreads are REALLY too common, but this thing will Sweep in Ubers. Easy 6-0. 120 stats across the board is Godly, isn't it? A +2 Extremespeed will almost always OHKO Walls. +6 ESpeeds will OHKO standard Ferrothorns! I could go rambling on about THIS forever, but I won't.
You can run Jolly, but you won't get so much power from ESpeed. You could also give it a Life Orb.
