And news is slow once more... With the remakes of Gold/Silver/Crystal, Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver coming soon to North America (March 14th), Australia (March 25th) and Europe (March 26th), Gamestop is selling a Pokémon DS Essentials Kit. What would this consist of? Cyndaquil, Chikorita and Totodile styluses, a Pokémon cleaning cloth, a DS games case that can hold a total of 4 games, and of course a limited edition DS case featuring Ho-Oh and Lugia. Check the package out here. Now the question is, will Walmart outdo them?

PLDH: To Generation 5, and beyond.
Now that everything is back to normal, it's time to get the PLDH machine geared up and ready to roll. Together, nza and TopHat have worked on three major style updates.
Blaine's final version of the style he had burned into everyone's mind when he was running things has been unanimously decided to be kept, so we can present to you as a PLDH style, Blaine the Riddler. Then for the other two, they're replacements of older skins- VileStacks and Son of Mew. To replace VileStacks (or will officially in a few weeks when it shall be retired), we have Grains of Zoroark, the new default style featuring lighter colours and the first two Generation 5 Pokémon to be revealed; Zoroark and Zorua. For Son of Mew, it was more of a revamp than a replacement. It was decided on the forums that Mew/Mewtwo would be replaced by Natu/Xatu and there you have it. To preview these styles before applying them via your User Control Panel, visit the Site Styles page.
With Generation Five on the horizon, slowly rising up, we're preparing ourselves for the rush of news and information. MikkelDemey has put together the Gen5 Action Plan (we call it GAP), and we will be needing all hands on deck to steer PLDH through this upcoming storm of information. As well, nza is making a call for people to join the Dex3o team. As stated in the topic, ANY form of contribution helps. And even if you cannot possibly help out, we would appreciate members to read up on what will happen and at least post saying you will not be able to pitch in on any of the two topics.
UPDATE @ 12:47AM: Oh, and before I forget, the Nintendo's 2010 Media Summit is today, but I highly doubt (as in, near certain) anything related to Pokémon will be revealed. Chances are, the focus will be Super Mario Galaxy 2 and perhaps Metroid: Other M. But hey, you never know.
Nintendo Media Summit Update: Nintendo DSi XL
And the Media Summit presentations are done. The only thing relevant to Pokémon that should be posted is that the Nintendo DSi XL will be released on March 28th. For those looking for other Media Summit information, or wish to discuss it; it's all on the forums!
