While they didn't give us a date for Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, we did get to see the first bit of English footage for the games. The only news from it is that Homika's English name is Roxie.
In other news, like we just announced via Twitter and a Newsbyte, a new 3DS model is coming out- the Nintendo 3DS XL, with a 90% larger screen (from 3.53 inches to 4.88). It will be 199.99 and released on August 19th, coming in red and blue, with a black inside as opposed to white for Japan. It will have a stronger battery, and come packaged with a 4Gb SD card instead of 2, but will not come with the charger or dock. You have to purchase those separately. Below, the North American 3DS XL is on left while the Japanese one is on the right.
