As promised, our biggest update to date...
I've spent the last few months assembling a PokéDex for this website. I put my best possible effort into making a reliable, unique and informative Dex and hope that you will agree that it was worth the time...
Click the graphic above to go there. It includes some things not found elsewhere, there is a help me page, a feature I call PokéSort and more... But instead of babble about it, because I could for awhile, I'll just let it speak for itself.
Some related sections were also added to the Guides section of the site. This includes a section on Weather and a section on Status effects.
If you have problems getting anything to even work check the NoScript page for help as it is likely you have JavaScript disabled or not installed (you should be seeing a big red box mentioning this at the top of any page, though).
I doubt you will encounter any logic errors (these have been tested for and the Dex has been lightly reviewed for them) but it is possible that there are minor flaws. If you find some please Contact Us and let us know.
In addition our TypeChart has been updated. Horizontal type rows now link to the TypeDex. The popups listing all types of the Pokémon with the labeled typing have also been improved. The final stage Pokémon appearing within the popups now link to their PokéDex entry! Click the image below to visit the TypeChart.
In Other News
The Poké world had a bit of a sad day. American dub actress for the anime, Madeleine Blaustein, passed away last Thursday. PokéBeach reports that a statement is expected to come from her family sometime Wednesday. Madeleine was the voice actress for Meowth from 1998-2006.
On June 27 we covered the opening of a Pokémon clothing site in Japan called Pokémon 151. After only 6 months PokéBeach reports (and translated) an update on that website explaining that it will be shutting down. They gave no reason for the closure but did say the site will officially close December 31 of this year.
And that will conclude this update. Around 1,180 pages have been added. That said, there is a lot more to look forward to from us in the coming months... I'm just going to take a small break from major projects XD Enjoy!
