In a nice find by AAPF (see: source link), it appears we get to see all the gym leaders that appear in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. The following image is a scan of CoroCoro that has an advertisement for an official guide for the games, and if you look at the right-hand corner of the cover they show, you can actually see what can be assumed to be all of the gym leaders of B2W2. You'll need to zoom in a bit, but you can definitely make out all the leaders listed below the image, going from left to the top right, in a U.

• Drayden (Dragon)
• Clay (Ground)
• Cheren (Normal)
• Elesa (Electric)
• Homika (Poison)
• Shizui (Water)
• Burgh (Bug)
• Skyla (Flying)

As far as the order of appearance goes, so far we only know that Cheren is first, followed by Homika.
