Okay, this time we actually have a full leak of CoroCoro, I swear it. You can check out the images below. Props to Pokéjungle for the find. This will likely be the last major news post for these games before official coverage, because we can expect to start that just next week as the games are officially out June 23rd. We'll have video walkthroughs, screens, pages... basically everything you would want! You know where to keep it locked. Now, onto CoroCoro...
The first thing we can see is that Black 2 has the Lopunny line and Magby line as exclusives and White 2 has Delcatty and Elekid. Underneath that is the PokéTransfer lab, which we touched on yesterday, and it looks identical to how it appeared in BW. On the right side of that first page the magazine shows off that Black Kyurem's ability is TeraVolt and White Kyurem's ability is TurboBlaze, just like Zekrom and Reshiram respectively.
The next page shows off an interesting little tidbit. Black 2 features a cave filled with water exclusive to it, while White 2 features a magma-based cave. This is on top of Black City and White Forest, which can be assumed to be in Black 2 and White 2 respectively. The left side of this page mentions Mission Festival and Joint Avenue again, but also mentions a medal system but doesn't really elaborate a lot on it.
The third page finally gives us a proper look at Team Plasma's new gear. The screen shows the new Plasma grunts confronting the old ones. Hm, wonder what that means? Your rival and the scientist Achroma are there, Achroma being in that Plasma base again, and your rival being in a new location. Elesa is shown on the top, with her new art and new Pokémon, Flaaffy (which appears to be at level 26 or 28). Her gym resembles the scene from the animated trailer, with a pre-fight scene that involves spotlights too.
Page number four is all about Keldeo's new forme, the Resolution Forme. As we touched on yesterday, you need to take Keldeo to a forest by a new location called Sangi Town to change its forme. We now know you also gotta bring along the other musketeers: Cobalion, Virizion and Terrakion.
The last two pages revolve around the other new formes- the ones for Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus. As we've said, you catch these alternative formes on the 3DS-exclusive Pokémon Dream Radar and transfer them over to your copy of B2W2. In the game, you need to have them hold an item, a Reflecting Mirror, for them to maintain their forme. We can also see that items, such as Thunderstones, can be obtained via the Dream Radar, and Porygon too. The last page lets us know of the abilities of the Kami trio's alts. Tornadus has Regenerator; Thundurus has Volt Absorb, and Landorus, Intimidate.
We may or may not get something new from Pokémon Smash this weekend. Past that, we're officially in 'go' mode and coverage can be expected to start anytime next week.
