Thanks to AAPF, we now know for sure that Genesect will be in the August (this month's) issue of CoroCoro. The picture below was taken by papico028 on Twitter. It has been said that after the ending of the fifteenth movie, Kyurem vs. the Sacred Swordsman: Keldeo, a teaser was shown for a new movie featuring Genesect to be released in 2013.
With Genesect's reveal and the movie's release in 2013, we'll officially have come to the close of Gen 5. A speedy end that nza and I actually predicted, but that prediction was based on the fact we expected GSC-like sequels to come with Gen 6. Instead, we got those sequels with Black 2 and White 2 still within Gen 5. So, the future truly is a mystery. What do you think is going to happen?

As we already know, Genesect was an ancient Bug-type Pokémon that was captured by Team Plasma. Plasma seeked to create the strongest Pokémon ever, and began modifying it, until N intervene, horrified by what "his people" were doing. Genesect will be distributed over Wi-Fi in Japan for Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 from August 11th to September 14th. It will be at Level 50, but they did not reveal the moves it knows or, for whatever reason, its ability. The ability Genesect normally would have is Download.
Taking Genesect to the P2 Lab in the game will prompt a small event where the scientist that worked on Genesect will give you four items: the Burn Drive, the Shock Drive, the Douse Drive and the Chill Drive. These items, when given to Genesect, changes the typing of its signature move, the Techno Blast.
Genesect's reveal is actually a big deal at PLDH, and you'll see why tomorrow!
