#6 Olivine Gym, Jasmine
As in GSC Jasmine will not be in her gym when you first get to Olivine City. First you will need to head to the Glimmering Lighthouse for the side-quest involving Ampharos (aka Sparkle), a sick Pokémon that needs medicine to get better. You will need to head to Cianwood City's Pharmacy to get the medicine to heal Sparkle. Once Sparkle is well Jasmine will leave its side and return to her gym.
Upon completing the side-quest Jasmine will be in her gym but you will find that the trainers there will not battle you. What an easy gym challenge! Simply head toward Jasmine and challenge her.

Jasmine Rematch
To get Jasmine to battle you again you must first locate her to obtain her number...
- Day: Everyday
- Time: 1PM to 2PM
- Location: Olivine Diner
After getting her number you must call her Wednesday afternoon. Once this is done she will appear at the Dojo in Saffron City.
