#1 Violet Gym, Falkner
Violet Gym doesn't have much of a puzzle to solve. You will step on a platform which will move you up to a second level. On the second level you will have the option to navigate a squared off 'S' shaped platform, at either end facing a trainer, or you can move along the outside of the shape on a glass platform that borders the 'S' and avoid the trainers altogether. Facing the trainers will yield 275 easy EXP points and 512 PokéDollars.

To get Falkner to battle you again you must first locate him to obtain his number...

- Location: Celadon Department Store (Fifth Floor)
After getting his number you must call him before 10AM on Saturday morning. Once this is done he will appear at the Dojo in Saffron City.
