#3/11 Celadon Gym, Erika
Celadon Gym has had a major change since GSC. In order to progress through this gym you will need to navigate through a series of trellises. HM01 (Cut) is required to make it to Erika.
Depending on how you want to navigate this gym it is possible to completely bypass all trainer battles in this gym. Our instructions follow the path of least resistance.
Cut the plant located infront of the center trellis. Go left as soon as possible. Go up just a bit then turn right (continuing up will take you to a double battle with some twins). Next head north and wrap around the planter, ending up moving south. Move through the opening on the right and then go north (you can exit to the right for a trainer battle if you like).
You have the option to head out from under the trellis, by moving right through the opening, or you can continue under the trellis and engage in another battle. Continue north and move left and then down when you run into the wall. You can go right and toward a dead end for another trainer battle or south.
Heading south you will find another opening on the right. Pass through here and head up again. Do so and exit left as soon as possible. Move south just a bit for another opening, go north once through it and the out to the left. Continue north, cut the plant, follow the path, cut another plant and you will then be able to move north to face Erika.
Battling all trainers in this gym will yield 13,226 EXP and 4,920 (+Lass earnings, unknown) PokéDollars.

To get Erika to battle you again you must first locate her to obtain her number...

- Time: Afternoon
- Location: Celadon City fountain
After getting her number you must call her Sunday Morning. Once this is done she will appear at the Dojo in Saffron City.
