#2 Azalea Gym, Bugsy
Azalea Gym has changed quite a bit since GSC. The update to this gym includes spider trolleys which will navigate wooden crossbars to drop you off at certain preset locations. There are two sets of spiders, the first set has three and the second only has one but requires you to move switches which will change the way the spider navigates.
In the first set of spiders choosing the one in the middle will take you to a trainer on the right side of the gym. After this battle you will have to get on the spider and head back to the beginning. Next choose the spider on the left. This will take you to another trainer battle. After the battle you can progress to the next spider. Before doing so you have the option to move the switch located to your right. Doing this will take you to trainer but the battle is not necessary and thus neither is flipping the switch. Note that the spider on the right of the first set leads to nothing.
After moving the switch get on the spider and you will be taken to a trainer for another battle, assuming you flipped the switch in on the middle platform. After the battle get on the spider to be taken back to the middle platform where you will need to reset the switch. If you want to avoid the extra battle simply get on the spider and you will be taken to face twins. After defeating them flip the switch on their right and get back on the spider. You will be taken to a final platform where you will just have to flip a switch. After that the spider will take you to Bugsy.
Completing all trainer battles in this gym will yield 1,316 EXP and 912 PokéDollars.

Bugsy Rematch
To get Bugsy to battle you again you must first locate him to obtain his number...
- Day: Thursday
- Time: Afternoon
- Location: Entrance to the Viridian Forest on the Viridian City side
After getting his number you must call him on Thursday afternoon. Once this is done he will appear at the Dojo in Saffron City.
