Roaming Legends
Unlike the other groupings of Legends the Roaming Legends are slightly more difficult to be completely prepared for and will especially require more time to capture.
With Roaming Pokémon you will the following things to be completely prepared:
- Repels [any kind]
- A Pokémon of greater speed than that of the Legends' speed, in the lead position with Mean Look in it's learnset
- A Pokémon that can inflict Sleep or Paralysis
- A Pokémon with False Swipe
- A Masterball OR Ultra/Dark/Timer Balls (though others are fine as well)
Roaming Pokémon generally change their location when you change location. In my opinion the Route 205/Valley Windworks location is a great place to jump between two routes quickly, both with grass nearby. Simply get on your bike and ride back forth changing routes, the Pokémon tend to appear in one of the two areas fairly quickly and fairly often.
When the Legend does appear in your location I recommend dropping a Repel (that is assuming your Pokémon in the lead position, capable of outspeeding the Legend and using Mean Look to trap it, is NOT at a higher level the Roaming Pokémon). Post that it should be like any other battle.
If you saved your Masterball for one of these monsters then use it at your discretion :D
