This one I like the most. Simple and Effective.
But you know what would look cool? Is if you put the PLDH symbol in the big eye of the mask. Or a tiny "PLDH".

I love the art you guys do, but I not a huge fan of this theme. Yamask is an interesting pokemon, but when I look at the image of him on this theme, I don't see him. I think if he was more defined as being Yamask it would be better. Mainly bringing back the little ghost parrot part of him that's holding the mask. I know you guys like to highlight the main aspect of each pokemon's design (bulbasaur's bulb, charmander's tail,etc) and the mask would be Yamask's, but I don't really identify it with Yamask when I see it in the theme. Maybe make it more apparent its the mask and not some ogreface? The Gold color (colour) does help alot though.
Just a bit of constructive criticism. Hopefully it helps.
