Eh, just to begin with, is only cheating if you're slowing down the game in purpose.
And, playing the game slowed down kills any difficulty (and fun IMO) from the game so it really doesn't matter what difficulty you play.
BUT ANYWAYS, PERFECT TIMING FOR A TOUHOU HIJACK.

Look at the historial (top right corner), I have attempted beating Koishi's stage exactly 300 times. And I still haven't beaten it. ._.

I mean, I'll play the slowed game on Lunatic to simulate the normal-speed game on Normal.

Eh, the bullets would still move slowly so it wouldn't be exciting, maybe a bit hard but not AS hard as it should be.
And, I can get to Koishi's final spellcard but I always die there...

There are two types of hardness in video games. The "un-fun" hardness which is just difficult but not entertaining and the fun hardness, the one that is not only difficult but also exciting.
