Entry is until Monday, deadline of the first round is two weeks from then or less depending on number of entrants, so I'd say you have some time to EV-train 3-5 mons.

Yah, I just realized that if I go into battle with my current box I might end up with a level 1 BP Torchic as one of my mons (among others), so I do have to EV train some as well.
Next Monday is deadline, right?
