We do our best to properly acknowledge all of that which makes this website possible be it because we feel lawfully inclined to do so or just to say thank you. Additionally we present our own copyright information. Below you will find a shortened operable list to help you navigate the page more efficiently should you be looking for specific copyright information.

Various scripts and software were in use here, however many have since been removed for various reasons. I have left them here for accredition, still, and the unused scripts/software are noted as being such.

Imagery Copyright Information

Pokémon imagery

All imagery on this website that is considered an official Pokémon sprite or Sugimori drawing, item sprites found in the video games, character sprites found in the video games, or areas found in the video games are owned & © by Nintendo, Creatures inc., GAME FREAK inc., as well as the original artists. PLDH.net does not claim authorship or ownership of any of the aforementioned imagery. We believe the imagery is available for use by us for several reasons;

1) We believe the images have been properly identified as being under the © of their respective owners.

2) The images found on this website are not high quality.

3) The use of those images here is not detrimental to the sales of Pokémon video games or associated products.

4) The images are not being used to produce a financial profit for PLDH.net.

5) The images are being used in an associative manner & for graphical enhancement of this non-profit website.

6) The images are not being defaced or used in a negative manner.

If these reasons are found to be insufficient by their holders/owners please contact PLDH.net administration.

phpBB imagery

These icons are owned & © The phpBB Group & are used in this website's navigation bar as an expansion of phpBB's user system. We claim no authorship or ownership of the associated images except those later noted on this page.  If this usage is no longer prohibited by the respective owners please contact PLDH.net administration.

These icons are owned & © The W3C & have been permitted for use on this website by the W3C as a way of letting others know the PLDH.net devteam took the time to write compliant code as well as to, hopefully, inform others of the W3C's web standards. We claim no authorship or ownership of the associated images. If you find a webpage that does not validate PLDH.net is in violation of the W3C's terms & you should please first alert the PLDH.net Support Team about the defective webpage!  If this usage is no longer prohibited by the respective owners please contact PLDH.net administration.

superflous's imagery

These icons are owned & © by superflous, and are provided by her for the express use of PLDH.net. They are not are for use elsewhere.

nza's imagery

nza designed the site's favicon (the small Weavile found in the URL bar), the site's banner (with respect to Hokusai & Sugimori), the IRC chat background and WikiZam's image. Of course these include Pokémon images of which the copyright is still maintained by their respective owners. This does not mean nza's imagery is devoid of copyright. The imagery infact is © nza and is not permitted for use elsewhere.

Other imagery

Of course other images are found on PLDH.net. This may include PLDH.net sprites, the designers of which are noted on that page. As for images found on the forums... We aren't going to attempt to document them... Should images be found on PLDH.net's webforum that are in violation of a copyright law please first contact our administration team to promptly have the images removed.

PLDH.net uses phpBB 3.x.x software. It is protected by © and under the GNU GPL so long as its copyright remains intact. PLDH.net has kept the copyright intact and does not offer its modified version of the software for use by others despite our right to do so. phpBB copyright holders can be found here.

MediaWiki software (Not in current use.)

PLDH.net uses MediaWiki 1.x.x wiki software. It is protected by © and under the GNU GPL so long as its copyright remains intact. PLDH.net has kept the copyright intact and does not offer its modified version of the software for use by others despite our right to do so. MediaWiki copyright holders can be found here.

PJIRC software (Not in current use.)

PLDH.net uses the PJIRC 2.x.x IRC Java chat client. It is protected by © and under the GNU GPL so long as its copyright remains intact. PLDH.net has kept the copyright intact and does not offer its modified version of the software for use by others despite our right to do so. PJIRC copyright holder is James T. Kirk.

IV Calculator software

PLDH.net uses LegendaryPokémon's IV Calculator. It is protected by © and under the GNU GPL so long as its copyright remains intact. PLDH.net has kept the copyright intact. This calculator's author is Hercules Papatheodorou.

Tell A Friend software (Not in current use.)

PLDH.net uses the Tell A Friend 0.x script. It was offered for free and as-is under the terms that an advertisement link be present in the script. The link is present and the software is not being offered here for redistribution.

Addthis Bookmarking software (Not in current use.)

PLDH.net uses the Addthis bookmarking script to provide users numerous ways to bookmark this website and do so with easy crossbrowser functionality and portability. The script has not been modified against Addthis's ToS and is not being redistributed here.

Lightbox2 software

PLDH.net uses the Lightbox2 script to provide users with an enhanced image viewing experience. Lightbox2 is copyrighted © to Lokesh Dhakar and is not being redistributed here.

Independent Scripts/Code

All scripts not previously mentioned that run on this website which also includes but is not limited to the viewable sources for our; XHTML, CSS, & also the PHP running in the background are © the PLDH.net entity and its administrators. These scripts are not available for use by any other parties unless expressly stated. These scripts may be used for educational purposes only, as these scripts/codes have been commented fairly heavily to aid in understanding them. Using the scripts without the express written consent of the PLDH.net devteam is punishable by law.
